Questions

What does ADP do?

We prepare and track introductions between consenting companies and data buyers. Licences are agreed directly with the buyer.

Do you receive datasets?

No. Never send us exports, records, passwords or credentials.

Which businesses might qualify?

Usually 30+ full-time staff, years of operating records and the rights to license them. Each buyer decides. Neither we nor your adviser can promise acceptance.

How big are the rewards?

One buyer publishes $50,000 to $75,000 per deal, or 7.5% on larger deals. Another publishes 25% of what it pays the company, up to $100,000. Never guaranteed.

Which buyers do you introduce to?

We share buyer details with approved partners, and with a business once it agrees to an introduction.

Is a reward guaranteed?

No. Any reward depends on the buyer’s programme and terms.

What is the Direct track?

An approved adviser uses their own buyer referral link. Any reward is paid by the buyer.

Is the Managed track available?

Not currently. It needs the buyer’s written permission and a signed agreement.

When can a client be named?

Only after written consent and fee disclosure are recorded.

Can an existing registration be reassigned?

Don’t assume so. Check the buyer’s attribution rules first.

Does requesting a call register me with a buyer?

No. It only records a request to talk to us.
