Summary

  • Use ADP lawfully, honestly and respectfully.
  • Never send us datasets, client records, passwords or sensitive personal data.
  • Don’t try to access anyone else’s data or test our security without permission.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses our website, customer portal or messages. It forms part of our website terms.

2. What you must not do

You must not use ADP to:

  • break any law or regulation, or help anyone else to do so;
  • commit fraud, or give false or misleading information about yourself, a business or a buyer;
  • pretend to be someone else, or claim to work for ADP or any AI data buyer when you don’t;
  • send spam, or use details obtained through ADP for unsolicited marketing;
  • harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone, including our team;
  • access, or try to access, accounts, records or leads that aren’t yours;
  • copy, scrape, crawl or extract data from the website or portal by automated means without our written permission;
  • probe, scan or test the security of our systems without our written permission;
  • upload or send viruses or other harmful code, or overload or interfere with our systems;
  • copy, share or resell the info pack, or use it to build a competing product;
  • share your account or sign-in details with anyone else; or
  • break our lead terms or affiliate terms.

3. What not to send us

ADP is an introducer and never needs a business’s data. Please don’t send us, by message or any other route:

  • datasets, data exports, operating records or client files;
  • passwords, access keys or other credentials;
  • special category personal data (such as health, ethnicity, religion or trade union membership) or information about criminal offences; or
  • card numbers or bank details, except bank details entered in the payout section of your portal.

If you send something like this, we will delete it.

4. Reporting security problems

If you find a security problem, please tell us at [to be confirmed]. Give us details and reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Don’t access, change or keep anyone else’s data, and don’t disrupt the service while investigating.

5. Messages

Keep messages to our team relevant and respectful. We may close a conversation that becomes abusive.

6. If this policy is broken

We may remove content, give a warning, restrict or suspend your account, close it, cancel related commission, or report the matter to the police or other authorities. We may also take legal action. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you what we have done and why.

7. Reporting misuse

If you think someone is misusing ADP, including a customer who contacted you about a lead or promoted ADP misleadingly, tell us at [to be confirmed].
