Summary

  • We aim for ADP to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
  • Some parts may not yet fully meet that standard; the known gaps are listed below.
  • If something doesn’t work for you, tell us at [to be confirmed] and we will help.

1. Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use the ADP website and customer portal. We design and build to WCAG 2.2 level AA.

2. What we have done

  • a “Skip to content” link and clear page regions for screen readers;
  • one main heading per page and a logical heading structure;
  • a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form fields, so you can use the site with a keyboard;
  • text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast ratios;
  • targets on public pages at least 44 pixels in size;
  • layouts that work on screens 320 pixels wide and when text is enlarged, without scrolling sideways;
  • reduced movement if you have turned on “reduce motion” on your device;
  • support for high-contrast (forced colours) modes;
  • form fields with visible labels and error messages in text, not colour alone; and
  • a cookie notice that you can operate with a keyboard and that doesn’t block the page.

3. Known limitations

  • Some charts in account areas may not yet have a complete text alternative. If you need the information in another form, ask us.
  • Card payments take place on Stripe’s checkout page, which Stripe controls.
  • Some legal documents are long. Each has a summary and a contents list to help you find what you need.
  • This statement is based on our own review of the design and code. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit.

4. Feedback and other formats

If you can’t access something, or you need information in a different format such as plain text or large print, email [to be confirmed]. Tell us the page and what you need, and we will reply within 5 working days.

5. If you are not happy with our response

Please use our complaints policy. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com. In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.

6. About this statement

We review this statement whenever we make significant changes to the website. The version and date are shown at the top.
