Summary
- Our website and info pack contain general information, not legal, tax or financial advice.
- Nothing we publish is a promise of earnings. Referral rewards are set and paid by data buyers, and they change.
- We summarise buyer programmes as they were published on the date we checked them.
- ADP is independent of every data buyer.
1. General information, not advice
The information on our website, in the info pack and in our messages is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment or data protection advice, and it doesn’t take your circumstances into account. Get independent professional advice before you act on it, before a business licenses any data, and before anyone signs an agreement.
2. No earnings guarantee
- Referral rewards are set and paid by data buyers under their own programme terms. ADP doesn’t pay them and can’t promise them.
- Buyers decide whether a business qualifies, whether to make an offer, and whether any reward is payable. They can change their criteria, rewards and terms at any time.
- An introduction may not lead to a deal, and a deal can take many months.
- Any reward figures we show are buyers’ published programme figures. They are not ADP’s earnings, a customer’s earnings or a typical result.
- Your results depend on many things outside our control, including the businesses you work with, the buyers’ decisions and the time and care you put in.
- Our own referral programme pays commission only on paid info pack orders, as our affiliate terms explain. It is not an income opportunity or a promise of income.
3. Buyer terms as published
We describe buyer programmes as they were published on the date we checked them, and we show that date. Buyers can change their programmes without telling us. Always read a buyer’s live terms before relying on any criterion, figure or rule.
4. ADP is independent
ADP is not an employee, agent, representative or partner of any AI data buyer, and no buyer has appointed or endorsed us unless we say so in writing. We can’t make offers, approve a data licence or decide a referral reward. A business that applies to a buyer’s programme deals with that buyer directly.
5. Data stays with the business
ADP never receives a business’s datasets or operating records. Each business decides with its own advisers what, if anything, it licenses, and on what terms.
6. Accuracy
We work to keep our information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or become out of date. If you spot something wrong, please tell us at [to be confirmed].
7. Professional obligations
If you are an accountant, lawyer or other regulated adviser, you remain responsible for meeting your own professional and regulatory rules, including any rules on referral fees, commissions, conflicts and client consent.
8. Other websites
We link to buyers’ public pages, regulators and other sources so you can check them yourself. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content.
9. Our liability
Our responsibility to you is set out in our website terms. This disclaimer doesn’t limit any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
